FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: device for testing a high-pressure fuel pump is proposed, it comprises a frame 1 with a plate 2 for mounting a high-pressure fuel pump, an electric actuator 3, an injector 7, a fuel supply system 4 connected to a control and information processing system, flowmeters 9 for measuring the productivity and uneven fuel supply, a pressure sensor 6 for measuring the phase parameters established between the measured section of the high-pressure fuel pump and the injector 7, and an angular displacement sensor 14 connected to the shaft of the electric drive 3. Pressure sensor 6, injector 7, and the flow meters 9 are combined in one measuring channel 5 provided with possibility of alternate connection to each section of high pressure fuel pump. The flowmeters 9 are placed in the measuring channel 5 in parallel, and before each of them a shut-off valve 8 connected to the information management and processing system is installed.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of parameter measurement and providing the possibility of diagnosing and adjusting a high-pressure fuel pump of various brands.
