FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: use: conversion of the optical signal into the electrical one, as well as conversion of electromagnetic radiation energy of the specified range into the electrical energy. Essence of invention consists in the fact that the photoconverter is the array of semiconductor nanowires, which are formed in the porous matrix of dielectric, on the opposite sides of which the emitting and the collecting contacts are formed in such a way that the boundary between the contact and the nanowire is the heterojunction, in which the nanowire is the potential barrier for the main charge carriers.
EFFECT: technical result - provision of the possibility of simplifying the production in the form of the array of nanoheterostructural elements.
