On the first metatarsal bone body along the medial surface, a plate is installed and fixed with screws, leaving two openings free. Through the third incision in the projection of the second web space on the second metatarsal bone diaphysis along the lateral surface plate is installed and fixed the with screws, leaving two openings free. Through the free holes in the first and second metatarsal bones diaphysis plates, two transverse through canals are formed. Suture threads are drawn in a U-shape through the through channels and plates so that the ends of the threads were extending into the second cut. First metatarsal bone is shifted outwards, setting it into the correct position, being guided by the spatial interrelation of the plates. Through the second cut of the skin, the ends of the sutures are bonded to the plate set on the first metatarsal bone.
