FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention describes pharmaceutical particulate composition obtained by spray drying process for slow dissolution of a drug. Composition comprises drug particles, first coating layer applied to the drug particles, and second coating layer covering the first coating layer. Said first coating layer comprises a water-insoluble polymer and inorganic particles or a water-insoluble polymer, inorganic particles and a lipid component. Water-insoluble polymer of the first coating layer contains enteric-soluble cellulose polymer. This lipid component contains C15 or higher molecular weight fatty acid. Average diameter of inorganic particles is from 1.0 to 500 nm. Inorganic particles are composed of silica and/or titanium dioxide and the inorganic particles are contained in amount of 0.5 to 2.4 parts by 2.4 parts by weight of the water insoluble polymer. Second coating layer comprises a water insoluble polymer other than said enteric cellulose polymer.
EFFECT: composition according to invention provides a slow dissolution of the drug.
