FIELD: catalysts, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalytic systems based on lanthanides for (co)polymerization of coupled dienes. Invention describes lanthanide complexes showing effectiveness for polymerization of coupled dienes that are prepared by interaction of LnX3 with at least one lithium compound taken among: (1) Li(A) being the mole ratio Li(A)/LnX3 is from 1.5 to 2.5; (2) LiLn(A)4 being the mole ratio LiLn(A)4 to LnX3 is from 0.5 to 1.5 wherein Ln is taken among any lanthanides; X is taken among halides; A represents allyl radical of the general formula: wherein substituents R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 can be similar or different and taken among the group including hydrogen atom and C1-C10-alkyl radicals. Invention describes also method for homo- and copolymerization of C4-C20-coupled dienes in the presence of lanthanide complex indicated above and co-catalyst.
