SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Device comprises a hopper mounted on a mobile frame, in the bottom part of which a feeding device and a locking mechanism are mounted, on the lateral side there is a loading mechanism made in the form of a fork grip, on the opposite side there is a separating device made in the form of a horizontal longitudinally located guillotine, before which on the discharge ramp (7) counter cutters (8) are installed. On the discharge ramp between the counter cutters, cutting segments are installed, made in the form of two mutually perpendicular planes. Horizontal plane (10) is located on the discharge ramp and has a thickness equal to the thickness of the counter cutters, and the vertical plane (9) has a crescent-shaped arc-shaped toothed cutting edge.

EFFECT: enabling an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the grinding working process, reduction in fodder losses when it is eaten by animals by dividing of the separating layer into parts.
