FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: Feed grinder-dispenser has hopper 1 mounted on frame, horizontal rotor 3, and hollow cylinder 4 positioned under rotor 3 for rotation. Axis of rotor 3 is offset with respect to axis of rotation of hollow cylinder 4. Rotor 3 is formed of main disk 5 and covering ring 6. Grinding members mounted on shafts of rotor 3 are made in the form of hammer-type working tools 7. Spacer bushings made in the form of guiding blades 8 are positioned between hammer-type working tools 7. Casing 9 of rotor 3 is connected to channel 10. Shear plates 11 are attached to internal surface of casing 9. Baffle-type shutters 12 are positioned on upper wall of channel 10. Air duct positioned above channel 10 is connected by means of shutters 12 to hopper 1 through perforated wall 17, which is positioned for free rotation around central support 18 and forced displacement along axis of hopper 1. Rotational and axial motion of wall 17 facilitates continuous and uniform feeding of material to hammer-type working tools 7 for grinding in the process of interaction therewith, as well as with casing 9 and shear plates 11, with following supplying to feeders or dispensing onto litter. Feed grinder-dispenser may be used for spreading litter of stalk materials such as straw or hay, which may be stored in rolls, bales or in bulk form. EFFECT: increased efficiency by completely mechanized feed grinding and dispensing process and simplified construction. 7 cl, 3 dwg
