SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry and represents pharmaceutical composition for prevention, treatment or preventative medication of diseases caused by retroviruses, which is a single dosage form for oral administration in the form of a two-layer tablet, wherein the first layer comprises dolutegravir or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an amount of from 1 mg to 50 mg and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients and the second layer comprises lamivudine and zidovudine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
EFFECT: invention provides improved safety and efficacy in combination with reduced dosing frequency, increase in patient's treatment regimen observance, and the possibility of avoiding undesirable effects between drugs jointly included into the tablet.
