FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and pharmaceutical industry, specifically to a combination for treating HIV infection, comprising (i) ammonium salt 5'-aminocarbonylphosphonate-3'-azido-3'-deoxythymidine and (ii) a cytidine analogue selected from emtricitabine and lamivudine, with weight ratio of agent (i) to agent (ii) from 250:1 to 1:250; to a kit comprising said combination and an instruction for use thereof; as well as to a method of treating HIV infection in a mammal, including a human, by administering to a mammal in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of the disclosed combination.
EFFECT: group of inventions widens the range of combined antiviral preparations for treating HIV infection, as well as higher effectiveness of such treatment.
