SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical industry, namely to liquid sweetener comprising an intense sweetener and solvent. Liquid sweetener does not contain preservatives and stabilizers, and contains sucralose as an intense sweetener or a mixture of sucralose with stevioside with sucralose concentration of more than 22.56 % by weight, and the solvent which is glycerin with water content of less than 24.0 % by weight, where the components are taken in the following ratio, % by weight: intense sweetener from 12.5 to 45.2, glycerin from 54.8 to 87.5. Implementation of the invention will allow to prepare food sweetener solution with improved solubility, storage stability, one drop of which (0.05–0.1 g) corresponds to a sweetness of 5.0 grams of sugar.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention will allow to prepare food sweetener solution with improved solubility, storage stability.
