SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. Device comprises a rotating body having a rolling chamber. Rolling body includes a portion of the support shaft. Section of the support shaft is located in the rolling chamber. Flange portions are respectively located at the ends of the support shaft portions in the axial direction. Position defined by the support shaft portion and the first flange portion is the first corner portion. Position defined by the portion of the support shaft and the second flange portion is the second corner portion. In the cross-section of the rolling body to be defined, the cross-sectional shapes of the first corner portion and the second corner portion along the central axis of the support shaft portion are different from each other.
EFFECT: reduction of torsional oscillations is achieved.
