FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automation system for a main fan installation of an underground mining enterprise. Automation system of the main fan installation of an underground mining enterprise, including a microcontroller unit connected to air flow sensors, pressure and temperature, installed in the main ventilation workings, the air channel, the near-barrel courtyard of the air supply barrel and the channel of the main fan installation, a control device for the main fan installation and a control device for the shaft air-heater unit, connected to a microcontroller unit configured to process information coming from the air flow, pressure, temperature, and issuing control signals to the control device of the main fan installation and the control device of the mine air-heater unit, depending on the absolute value of the thermal depressions acting between the shafts of the mine and the general natural draft. In the underground mining enterprise, a recirculation plant is installed with the possibility of changing its capacity, as well as the inclusion and complete shutdown, equipped with a control device. In the workings of the main directions there are facilities for overlapping the work with the possibility of partial and complete blocking of the path for the air flow, but with the possibility of passing through it people equipped with control devices. In the workings of the main directions and at the outlet of the recirculation unit, flow sensors and air composition are installed. In the main ventilation workings, air-conditioning sensors are installed. At the same time, said sensors, a recirculation control unit and control devices of the production shutdown devices are connected to the microcontroller unit. Said unit is adapted to process information coming from the flow sensors and the air composition, pressure and temperature, issuing control signals to the recirculation unit control device, the control device of the main fan installation, depending on the readings of the said sensors, as well as to the control device of the mine air-heater installation, depending on the outside air temperature and the issuance of a signal in case of exceeding the maximum permissible concentration of gases in the air. In the event of an abnormal situation, the microcontroller unit is configured to determine the need to reverse the air stream, depending on the category and location of the accident and the issuance of an alarm signal. In this case, in the case of the reverse of the air jet, the microcontroller unit is configured to output control signals to the control device of the main fan installation, devices for controlling the facilities for shutting off the workings and a control device for the recirculation system, depending on the readings of the flow sensors and air composition.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of ventilation and to provide security conditions in the event of an abnormal situation.
