FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for venting inclined units at deposits of high-viscosity oil and natural bitumen, underground mining of which is carried out through shaft method. System of oil shaft ventilation includes main fan unit installed on oil shaft ventilation shaft, microcontroller unit connected with air temperature and pressure sensors or density meters, as well as with sensors of air flow rate. In each air-feed inclined production unit for local ventilation fan is located, and in each ventilation opening of inclined production unit there is air tambour consisting of links with doors. Mouth of ventilation wells of inclined units are equipped with deflectors and surface fans. Air flow sensors and temperature sensors and air pressure or density gauges are located in air feed openings inclined units, in main source ventilation openings, in heads and shaft stations air feed bores and in channel of main ventilation plant. Additional air flow sensors are installed in ventilation openings of inclined unit for connecting outgoing air flow generation, at that additional temperature sensors, pressure or density gauges are located in drilling galleries inclined units and on surface of oil shaft. Micro controller unit is configured to control flow rate of air fed into inclined units depending on readings of said sensors owing to changing operating mode of fans, as well as with possibility of changing efficiency of main fan unit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of efficient ventilation system of all working areas oil shaft and creation of safe and comfortable conditions of miners labour in any season by air distribution in underground mine workings oil shaft.
