FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used for ventilation of underground mine. According to method, external air is fed via air supply shaft due to operation of main fan unit (MFU), it is heated in mine heating plant. Heated air is fed into air supply shaft, wherein external air is also intaken to the air supply shaft via above-mine building of the mine shaft. During heating the value of common-mine natural draft is measured in microcontroller unit with the help of data received from temperature sensors, pressure sensors or density meters and air flow rate sensors installed in the heater channel. In pit bottom of air supply shaft, in main ventilation openings attached to ventilation shaft and in surface complex of main fan unit. Thermal performance of mine heating unit and operation mode of main fan unit are adjusted by control devices, receiving information from microcontroller unit depending on value of common-mine natural draft. Air is discharged via ventilation shaft to the surface, at the same time external air is intaken via above-mine building of ventilation shaft. In the air supply shaft above the level of intersection with it heater channel and in the ventilation shaft above the level of the main channel fan unit air curtains are installed, which supply air towards intaken air streams. Wherein operating mode of air curtains is controlled by control devices, which receive information from microcontroller unit depending on volume of intaken air determined by air flow sensors.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of power consumption for air heating in mine air heating units and MFU operation and providing safety of air preparation in winter time for underground mine.
