EFFECT: compound of formula (I) has demonstrated the inhibition of each mutant of the RET tyrosine kinase, inhibition of the cell growth of the non-small cell lung cancer line, containing the CCDC6-RET hybrid gene, and anti-tumor activity against the same cancer cells in mice without loss of mouse body weight.
