SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medical equipment, is intended for medication delivery and characterises a dosing mechanism and a device for the medication delivery. The dosing mechanism for application with a releasable device for the medication delivery contains a spindle for bringing a cartridge plug in motion, a drive for bringing the said spindle in motion and a body for the medication delivery. The said spindle contains a generally round handle, the first and second spiral grooves. The round handle has an outer surface and passes from the distal end to the proximal end. The first spiral groove is provided along the first part of the outer surface of the generally round handle and has the first step. The second spiral groove is provided along the second part of the outer surface of the generally round handle. The second spiral groove is overlapped with the first spiral groove and has the second step. The drive for bringing the said spindle in motion contains a spiral groove profile which meshes with the first spiral groove of the spindle. The body for the medication delivery with the spiral groove profile meshes with the said second spiral groove of the spindle and the longitudinal axial motion of the drive causes the spindle to rotate. The device for the medication delivery contains the dosing mechanism, a cartridge holder, connected to the dosing mechanism in a detachable way. The cartridge holder contains a cartridge with a medication.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible for the users to introduce a medicinal product from the cartridge with several doses and to set the delivered dose on their own.
