FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: gasifier is an apparatus with a fuel loading unit, a gasification product removal unit, a waste heat boiler, an exhaust gas extraction unit. In the apparatus for electric power generation, a fuel cell unit is applied, wherein the gasification unit, the fuel cell unit and the waste heat boiler unit are made as a single design, the output of the gasification unit with the generator gas containing H2 and CO, is connected to the anode channel of the fuel cell assembly, the air inlet with the O2 content through channels located in the gasification unit, is connected in series with the cathode channel of the fuel cell assembly and the input of the waste heat boiler, the gas output of the fuel cell unit with the unreacted part of the gas is connected to the waste heat boiler unit, the output of the waste heat boiler unit is connected to the extractor channel, the fuel cell assembly output is connected to the regulator input, one output of which is connected to the gasification unit, and the second output is connected to the drain. The cooling circuits of all three units are connected to the gasification heat output channel of the gasifier, and the electric output of the fuel cell assembly is the output of the gasifier electric power. For fuel cell assembly operation on pure hydrogen, the gasifier is additionally equipped with a generator gas filter with input connected to the output of the gasification unit with the generator gas containing CO and H2, the output of the filter with gas containing pure H2, is connected to the input of the anode channel of the fuel cells, and the outlet of the filter with CO-containing gas is connected to the input of the waste heat boiler. The gasifier is additionally equipped with a hydrogen storage unit, the input/output of which is connected to the anode channel of the fuel cell assembly.

EFFECT: device compactness, highly efficient process of thermal and electrical power cogeneration in a continuous mode.
