SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information display technology, and more particularly to a method and system colour cast compensation on a liquid crystal display panel. Colour cast compensation method for a liquid crystal display panel comprises obtaining impedance of each branch at the output and a correlation curve showing the relationship between the impedance of the track and the channel, based on track impedance. Curve is obtained for the real excitation force at the output channel contact based on the correlation curve, showing the relationship between the impedance of the track and the channel. Size of the cross-sectional area of the MOS transistor at the output channel contact on the curve of the real exciting force.

EFFECT: technical result is improved quality of display by compensating for colour cast caused by the insufficient excitation force in the colour mixing frame to gray when displayed on the LCD panel.
