SUBSTANCE: for implementation of stent restenosis forecast method, immune inflammatory response in coronary arteries at early stages after endovascular myocardial revascularisation is assessed by defining dynamics of IL-1 cytokine. For that purpose cytokine concentration is defined a day before and after stenting. If IL-1 level in blood increases in a day after endovascular revascularisation by 25%, stent restenosis in coronary arteries is forecast.
EFFECT: possible forecast of restenosis development inside stent at early stages of disease progress.
