FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves estimating cardiac rhythm variability on the background of α1β1β2-adrenoblocator being taken during 2 weeks. The cardiac rhythm variability is estimated when recording electrocardiogram during 6 min under 6 min long standard walking test conditions. The α1β1β2-adrenoblocator of Acridilole is administered at mean dose of 25 mg/day. Then, electrocardiogram is repeatedly recorded with cardiac rhythm variability being estimated 2 weeks later after having applied monotherapy course under loading test. Coronary arteries restenosis is diagnosed, if general level of neurohumoral regulation SDNN values show 47.7% large increment and SDANN values increment is equal to 59.2%, parasympathetic regulation chain domination over sympathetic one pNN50 is equal to 93.3% and relative parasympathetic regulation chain activity HF by 90.5%.

EFFECT: high accuracy of early stage diagnosis.
