SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to method for preparing active principle of vaccine against Rotavirus infection of FliCVP6VP8 protein, including cultivation of genetic engineering strain Esherihia coli, disintegration of producer cells by action of lysis solution and ultrasound followed by centrifugation, separation of inclusion bodies, their washing and solubilization, refolding of solubilized protein, and chromatographic purification. Lysis is carried out at pH 8.0–8.5, dialysis is performed before solution chromatography, chromatography is carried out first on HiTrap Q Sepharose FF 16/10 anionite, and then on gel filtration column with Superdex S-100 sorbent.

EFFECT: invention provides FliCVP6VP8 protein purified from negative impurities.
