SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to the infectious diseases treatment, and can be used to prepare a vaccine composition containing rotaviral antigens. Vaccine includes rotaviral antigen 116E, a combined buffer system selected from: buffer with 0.35 M of trisodium citrate – 0.05 M of potassium phosphate, buffer with 0.03 M of sodium citrate – 0.3 M of sodium bicarbonate, buffer with 0.1–0.2 M of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate, buffer with magnesium hydroxycarbonate and a buffer with ammonium acetate, ammonium bicarbonate and diammonium orthophosphate; combination of saccharum consisting of 20–75 % w/v. of sucrose, up to 10 % w/v. of lactose and up to 1 % w/v. of trehalose; 0.4 % w/v. of recombinant human serum albumin.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to obtain a stable vaccine composition for oral administration.
