FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to recombinant plasmid DNA, created by means of new primers CTTCCATATGGAACGAAGGCGTTTGTG and TGTGGATCCAGCTAGTTAGGCATGAAA. Said recombinant plasmid DNA is used for producing recombinant protein PRAME-F, consisting of peptide MGSSHHHHHHSSGLVPRGSH fused with a sequence of natural protein PRAME by its expression in bacterial cells. Present invention also discloses a method of producing soluble protein forms PRAME-F, involving re-folding protein in a buffer solution with composition of 10 % glycerol, 10 mM tris-HCl, pH = 7.5, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.05 M NaCl, 5 % N-lauroyl sarcosine. Obtained soluble form of protein PRAME-F is used to produce a vaccine composition for preventing and treating oncological diseases, in which tumour cells express gene PRAME.
EFFECT: present invention widens range of therapeutic agents for preventing or treating patients with oncological diseases.
