FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, radiation diagnosis, and can be used for early diagnosis of liver dysfunction in patients with severe combined trauma. Ultrasound diagnostics is performed with measurement of the complex of parameters followed by their dynamic control for up to 14 days from the date of injury. Liver size, spleen size, portal vein diameter, hepatic artery diameter, hepatic veins diameter, state of the tissues along the portal and hepatic veins and portal vein branches, blood flow linear velocity (BFLV) and volumetric flow rate (VF) of the portal vein, the BFLV and the resistance index (RI) of the hepatic artery are measured. Conclusion about liver dysfunction is made by changing the values of these parameters.
EFFECT: method provides an opportunity for early diagnosis of liver dysfunction due to the use of objective ultrasound criteria.
