FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. In treating cholecystostomy patients with obstruction of the common bile duct, through the cholecystostomy a Foley catheter is inserted with an endoscopic pump connected to it. Aperture of the bladder is blocked by inflation of the Foley catheter balloon. Into the lumen of the gallbladder and the ducts, with the help of the endoscopic pump, a physiological saline is injected under the pressure of 250 mm w. g. Diameter of the bile ducts is increased providing the possibility of their puncture. Under the ultrasound control, the dilated duct is transcutaneously transhepatically punctured. Cholangiostome is placed via a guide.
EFFECT: technical result provides the possibility of removing concrements from the bile ducts in the asleep state in patients with an effectively functioning cholecystostomy due to rapid and safe expansion of the bile ducts and transcutaneous transhepatic cholangiostomy.
