FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: biliary tract decompression is performed with a dysfunctional common bile duct, forming a bypass cholecystoduodenostomy. Through the skin incision, under ultrasound supervision, transhepatic cholecystostomy is performed by the needle of the device for formation of puncture compression anastomosis. The gallbladder content is evacuated. The duodenum is then punctured with the working end of the needle under endoscopic control. A two-balloon drainage of the device for anastomosis formation is installed along the needle with inter-balloon gap location in the organ junction. The compression drainage balloons in the lumen of the intestine and the gallbladder are inflated until they are in full contact. Drainage is fixed to the skin until cholecystoduodenoanastomosis is formed.
EFFECT: method provides a one-stage physiological reliable bile withdrawal within a minimally invasive technology in case of mechanical jaundice with various pathological conditions causing obstruction of the common bile duct.
