SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, namely to the use of a ready-made substrate solution for enzyme immunoassay. For this purpose, a 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine hydrochloride and peroxide stable aqueous solution is used with the following composition: 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine hydrochloride is 0.35–0.40 g/l; hydrogen peroxide or urea are 0.1–0.2 g/l; polyvinyl alcohol is 1–2 g/l; hydroxypropylated β-cyclodextrin is 2–3 g/l; Mannitol is 30–60 g/l; nitrilotrimethylphosphonic acid disodium salt is 0.1–1.0 g/l; proclin 150 is 0.05 g/l in nitrate buffer at pH = 3.7–3.8.

EFFECT: invention provides a production of substrate solution for enzyme immunoassay characterized by high activity and high storage stability.
