SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method for rabies vaccine immunogenicity determination, characterized with introduction of monoclonal antibodies specific for rabies virus glycoproteinin in the plates wells in 0.1-0.2 M phosphate buffer with pH of 7.2-7.4, incubation, addition of 1.0-1.5% bovine serum albumin solution in 0.1-0.2 phosphate buffer with pH of 7.2-7.4 with addition of 0.1-0.25% Tween-20, incubation, test vaccines and reference vaccine introduction, 45-60 min incubation at room temperature, tablets wells washing with 0.1-0.2 phosphate buffer with pH of 7.2-7.4, containing 0.1-0.8% Tween-20, followed by addition of a monoclonal antibody conjugate specific for rabies virus glycoprotein, with horseradish peroxidase in the working titer of 1:5000-6000, incubation addition of 100-120 mcl per well of monocomponent substrate TMB-test solution with 10-15 minutes exposure and then addition of 50-60 mcl of 0.5-0.6 M solution of H2SO4 to each well, and solution optical density measurement at a wavelength of 450 nm, and the immunogenic activity of rabies vaccines is determined by comparing the test sample solution optical density signals, and comparing it with the reference vaccine solution optical density signal.
EFFECT: acceleration and simplification of rabies vaccine immunogenic activity determination.
