SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoking article with a low flammability, which includes: rod of smoking material; inner wrapper containing reconstituted tobacco material wrapped around smoking material and having permeability of 5 to 50 units CORESTA (CU); and an outer wrapper wrapped around the smokeable material and inner wrapper and having a permeability of 25 to 100 units CORESTA.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide low flammability.
