FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to exhaust gases and dust venting devices. Aspiration cover of the converter dust pan is made with possibility to be mounted on the converter dust pan frame and contains a housing, a rotary curtain and movable gates. Housing is equipped with a gas flue. Rotary curtain is provided with a rotary curtain drive and is made with possibility of rotation to an angle of up to 25°. Movable gates contain vertical and inclined parts, connected together articulately at an angle to each other of 120–130° and equipped with the movable gates drive.
EFFECT: invention provides for the maximum collection of dust laden exhaust gases fugitive emissions from under the converter dust pan.
