SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to produce new drug delivery systems. Vesicle of the invention comprises an epidermal growth factor (EGF), a cationic surfactant and cholesterol or derivatives thereof. Vesicle preparation method comprises the steps of preparing an aqueous solution of EGF and a cationic surfactant, dissolving cholesterol or derivatives thereof in an organic solvent and synthesis of vesicles by releasing pressure of the solution. Pharmaceutical composition of the invention comprises a vesicle and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. Use of the vesicle of the invention concerns the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of wounds, respiratory distress syndrome and gastrointestinal disorders, as well as preparation of a cosmetic product. Cosmetic product of the invention is intended to prevent skin aging.

EFFECT: use of the inventions improves the therapeutic efficacy of EGF due to the long-term stability of the vesicles and the high inclusion of EGF therein.
