FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: first object is a pharmaceutical composition containing a fraction enriched with extracellular vesicles, obtained from human thrombocyte lysate, for use in treating or preventing diseases responding to immune system modulation. Second object is a method for preparing the corresponding pharmaceutical composition, involving the steps of: obtaining human thrombocyte lysate from donor thrombocytes; recovering extracellular vesicles derived from human thrombocyte lysate, and enriching the obtained fraction; determining in vitro immunomodulatory effect of said extracellular vesicles; selecting enriched extracellular vesicles; said enriched extracellular vesicles are mixed with a suitable pharmaceutical excipient and/or carrier.
EFFECT: technical result consists in immunomodulating effect of pharmaceutical composition containing fraction enriched with extracellular vesicles, obtained from human thrombocyte lysate.
