SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, in particular pharmacology, and discloses a method for producing a lipid nanoparticle, encapsulating the siRNA molecule and a pharmaceutical composition, comprising a lipid nanoparticle, encapsulating the siRNA molecule. Group of inventions provides the production of lipid nanoparticles having a polydispersity index (PDI) of less than 0.2 and a particle size from 50 to 150 nm, which can be carried out in large volumes and used in large-scale production.

EFFECT: present lipid nanoparticles can be used to provide carriers for delivery of therapeutic molecules, in particular siRNA molecules.
