FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing liposomes. Method for preparing the reagent composition involves the following stages: (i) formation of empty liposomes; (ii) mixing liposomes prepared at stage (i) with sugar solution and reagent and (iii) drying mixture obtained at stage (ii). As a whole, composition comprises less 10% (weight/volume) of sucrose. Invention provides preparing small liposomes with high incapsulating activity. It can be especially useful in production of pharmaceutical preparations, allows reducing number of process stages and to obtain stable liposomes with highly effective incapsulating capacity.
