At the same time, an explosive effect is produced in the "thermal towers". These explosive effects are carried out in series with a time interval expressed in minutes and equal to the height of the explosive effect in the upper part of the troposphere, expressed in kilometers.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the creation of conditions that exclude the hurricane's energy supply.
