Tape (20) second end section (23) side edge deformation device has a width corresponding to the width of the window (25) measured in the tape (20) longitudinal direction and is configured to cut out and tilt the tape (20) side edge portion (24) on the edges of the windows (25).

EFFECT: technical result is in ensuring the clamping yoke installation on the object to be fastened without significant impact thereupon and with the application of the force necessary for reliable fixation.
