FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment used in the oil industry for measuring and recording of oil wells production. Method includes supplying of oil well product to a separator, its separating into liquid and gas phases, discharging the gas phase into a collection manifold. Accumulation of the liquid phase occurs in the separator, during which its volume and mass flow rates are determined. By filling the volume of the measurement cavity, the discharge of the gas phase is closed and, as a consequence, the liquid phase is displaced by the gas phase pressure into the collection manifold from the measurement cavity, during which the volume and mass rates of the gas phase are determined. At that, a direct measurement of the total production rate of a group of oil wells is initially made with the installation of a switching unit to a control input branch pipe with zero production rate, followed by alternate measurement of the all but one connected wells flow rate with simultaneous determination of well production excluded from the measurement, by subtracting each successive measurement result of the well group without one of the measured total production rate of the well group, then determining the results of calculating of the production rate of each well according to the formula Qi = Q∑ - Q∑-1, where Qi is production rate of "i" well connected to the measuring group unit; Q∑ is total production rate of all wells connected to the measuring group unit; Q∑-1 is reading of the flow meter of the total production rate less one (i) well.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increase in the accuracy and quality of the flow rate measurement of the entire group of wells connected to the measuring group unit by determining the total sum of production rate in one step and determining of each well production rate.
