FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of differentiated measurement of flow rate is implemented by means of multi-stage separation of mixture, hydrostatic weighing of the column of the specified height of oil, water and emulsion, which are removed in turn and separately from their settled layers. Pressure and temperature of gas phase is measured during its being discharged to common header. Volume flow rate of components and emulsion of liquid phase, including gas one, is measured. Pressure of operating medium is maintained within the specified interval of its values. Flow rates and parametres of the measurement process are calculated with microprocessor as per the specified programme of its operation. Device includes gas separator, hydraulic cyclone, separator with drains and barrier hydraulic locks, step-by-step acting valves, flowmetres, gas-liquid gates, level, pressure and temperature gauges, and microprocessor.
EFFECT: improving accuracy and quality of measurement of flow rate of oil wells as per individual components and emulsion of their production.
