FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment used in oil industry and is intended for measuring and registering oil wells products. Method of measuring oil wells flow rate includes a continuous process of separating the oil-water mixture into components and comprises, first, separation of the gas phase from the liquid one by dispersion of the mixture flow and inertial impact on the gas flow, then the liquid phase separation into oil and water by settling in a gravitational field and a repeated measurement cycle including in series: reduction of the gas phase into a common line with simultaneous measurement of its consumption, accumulation of the liquid phase to a specified level and, therefore, shutoff of the gas phase reduction, accumulation of the gas phase to a preset pressure difference of the phase and the medium in the common line and, therefore, reduction of the liquid phase with a portion of a specified value into the common line with simultaneous measurement of its flow rate and opening the gas phase reduction, as well as maintaining pressure of the gas phase within specified limits by its release into the common line and reduction of the gas phase portion additionally supplied from wells with a gas "bubble", regardless of the liquid phase level of accumulation. Herewith determination of oil wells flow rate is performed by alternate filling with liquid taking into account the time of filling and by displacement of the liquid considering the time of displacement, fixed volume of the gas separator specified by means of sensors with fixed gate positions "open" and "closed" and the upper and the lower positions of the float, with successive separate measurement of gas flow rate by a controller as per the gas meter and of liquid flow rate as per the liquid meter or by gas flow rate measurement as per the liquid meter, or by liquid flow rate measurement as per the gas meter. In a device implementing the method on the gas line pressure and temperature sensors are installed connected to a controller, herewith the gas gate on the gas line and the float of the gas separator are interconnected with a lever-spring mechanism able to fix the gas gate position "open" or "closed", herewith the gas gate is equipped with connected to the controller sensors of the position "open" or "closed" of fixed volume of the gas separator of the liquid phase limited with the lower and the upper levels defined by the float positions.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of quality and efficiency of oil wells flow rate measurement.
