FIELD: heat engineering; acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and acoustics and can be used for high-temperature surfaces thermal and noise shielding of a low-temperature one or to a human in any type of rooms. Device for high-temperature surfaces thermal and noise shielding has multilayer structure consisting of heat-insulating base, heat-reflecting layer having a low thermal conductivity coefficient, and a non-metallic framework covered with sound-absorbing material. Heat-insulating base is made in the form of two parallel perforated plates connected together by stiffening ribs in the form of cylinders, truncated cones or strips. Parallel plates are made perforated from a composite material with thickness of 10÷30 mm each. Perforation holes are made with diameter from 3 to 10 mm and have a perforation pitch of more than 1 and up to 5 of hole diameters. Plates are separated between each other by an air layer with a thickness of 1 to 3 of perforation pitches. Heat-reflecting layer is made of perforated corrugated foil with the same as heat-insulating perforated base of holes diameter and perforation pitch.
EFFECT: proposed device reliably protects a person not only from thermal radiation, but also from noise exposure.
