FIELD: repair and construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to the design of thermoelectric mats used in the repair of multi-layer roll roofs. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the thermoelectric mat contains lower heating and upper heat-insulating elements connected to each other to form an expansion joint. The heating element consists of a flat rectangular electric heater made of carbon fabric, a heat-accumulating layer of dense heat-resistant electrical insulating fabric and a shell, the lower part of which, laid on the heated carpet, is made of fiberglass fabric, and the upper part is made of fiberglass fabric. The heat-insulating element consists of multilayer fibrous thermal insulation laid on a heat-reflecting heat-conducting layer of aluminium foil and a thermal and moisture-resistant shell. The longitudinal edges of the electric heater are parallel to the warp threads, and the transverse edges are parallel to the weft threads of the carbon fabric. On the transverse edges of the electric heater, thickened due to multilayering, two steel electrodes are installed, divided into parts for flexibility, connected to each other by a conductive flexible multi-wire bus connected to a source of electrical energy. The parts of the heating element protruding beyond the transverse edges of the electric heater have flexible plate-like stiffeners, to which the edges of the heat-insulating element and handles for carrying the mat are attached using detachable connections. Between the electric heater and the heat-accumulating layer there is a separating layer of fiberglass fabric, the stiffness amplifiers are located in the heating element outside the electrodes, the electrodes are hingedly connected to the stiffness amplifiers by means of strips of heat-resistant electrical insulating material, the thickness of the fiberglass fabric in the lower part of the shell of the heating element is 0.1–0.2 mm, the shell of the heat-insulating element is waterproof made of fiberglass with a silicone coating. In addition, in the upper part of the heat-insulating element, under the shell or between the layers of thermal insulation, one or more heat-reflecting layers of aluminium foil are located, and the connection of the layers and the shell of the heat-insulating element is made using rivets and burrs.
EFFECT: improvement in the design of the thermoelectric mat, ensuring an increase in its reliability and energy efficiency.
