SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a beverage preparation jug, a system comprising a beverage preparation machine and a jug. Jug (1) comprises body (3) and cover (5). Cover (5) is provided with steam inlet (15) and supports detachable stirrer (35). Stirrer (35) is configured to rotate under an effect of a steam jet. Detachable stirrer (35) extends from cover (5) towards bottom of body (3) of the jug (1). Steam nozzle (29) is further detachably connected to cover (5) and extends towards the bottom of the body of the jug and is positioned adjacent to detachable stirrer (35).
EFFECT: said steam nozzle and the detachable stirrer are connectable to and detachable from the cover one independently of the other.
