SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fixing mechanism with a hook for a shoe staple, which is in the form of a movable strip with a T-shaped base and two parallel plates bent from its sides at an angle of 90° with seats, which repeat the lower profile of the shoe staple in the lower part, upper part of the plates used as hooks is made with bevels, in the base of the T-shaped seat, a second bend is also provided at the angle 90° to the base, characterized in that it further comprises a third bend located at an angle of 90° to the base and a working part parallel to the second bend, the third bend being made of the material of the base end part.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of using in systems with a tear-close lever turning in a horizontal plane as the main element.
