SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fixing mechanism with a hook for a shoe staple, which is in the form of a movable strip with a T-shaped base and two bent from its sides at an angle of 90° parallel plates with mounting seats, in the lower part, repeating the lower profile of the shoe staple, the upper part of the plates used as hooks is made with bevels, in the base of the T-shaped seat, a second bend is also provided at the angle 90° to the base, characterized in that it further comprises a third bend consisting of two halves, closely adjacent to each other, and arranged by the working part parallel to the second bend.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of using in systems with a tear-close lever turning in a horizontal plane as the main element.
