FIELD: lighting engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering and can be used for local lighting of workplaces for small assembly production, office workplaces. Lighting device comprises a base, a support arm connected by a first ball joint to the base on one side and a second ball joint with a first rectangular plate on the other side. First rectangular plate is connected to at least a second rectangular plate with at least a third hinge. One LED module is placed on the first rectangular plate on one side and is directed towards the object of illumination, and the remaining LED modules are placed on both sides of additional rectangular plates. Angle of rotation of additional hinges not less than 180°. Each hinge is structurally combined with a switch that is electrically connected to the LED power driver. LED modules are activated by moving the movable hinge assembly relative to the stationary one. LED power driver is located in the base of the luminaire. In the folded position, rectangular plates with LED modules are superimposed on each other.

EFFECT: technical result is reduced shading of the object due to its volumetric illumination.
