FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of gear shifting control. Control method provides current control on solenoid valves for turning off and on synchronizers using position sensors and feedback PID controllers. Method also ensures synchronization of synchronization shutdown-synchronization processes in time. During time of switching off of first synchronizer clutch, second synchronizer clutch moves to position at which cones come into contact. With further transfer of sleeve of first synchronizer to neutral position in second synchronizer, synchronization process starts.
EFFECT: accuracy of control is achieved and switching time is shortened.
