Above method of manufacturing a personalized concentrated mixture of breast milk for a child involves obtaining expressed milk from the mother of the child, analyzing a portion of expressed breast milk in order to determine the concentration of at least one nutrient and / or microelement present in it, calculating the desired concentration level of expressed breast milk based on the concentration of at least one nutrient or micronutrient present in the breast milk, and at least one indicator of the child, and placing the expressed breast milk in the device for selective concentration, which can concentrate at least one nutrient and / or trace element to the desired level of concentration to produce a personalized concentrated mixture of breast milk.
