FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: determination method includes determination of soil type, determination of type of oil fuel, determination of fuel concentration content by calibration plots. Ground temperature is measured, equilibrium gases of natural origin over uncontaminated ground are sorformation on coating of piezo-sensor, and change of oscillation frequency of piezo-sensor is registered, then gases above contaminated oil fuel are also sorformation and change of oscillation frequency of piezoelectric sensor is registered, taking into account temperature of soil and content of natural gases, concentration of oil fuel in soil is determined by the calibration plot.

EFFECT: increased mobility and rapid analysis by soil investigation without sampling stages and sampling preparation in a wide temperature range.
