FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of automatic non-consumable electrode welding and can be used for welding longitudinal and annular seams of extended structures of variable cross-section. Welding edges are chemically etched, mechanically scraped, degreased, and dehydrated. Feedrate of the filler wire is determined by the formula υf.fil = k⋅υweld., where υweld. is the welding speed, and k is the coefficient characterizing the volume of the weld metal of the filler wire. Parts 1 and 2 are installed on copper lining 3 without a gap between their ends. Parts 1 and 2 are pressed with copper pressings 4. Parts 1 and 2 are welded with a non-consumable electrode in one pass and at the same time a filler wire 9 is used. With the help of the video surveillance system, during the welding process, welding torch 6 is moved along the entire length of the seam and filler wire 9 is uniformly fed into the arc burning zone. Main welding parameters are maintained in automatic mode. Permanent connection is formed with through penetration of parts 1 and 2. Welded parts are thermally treated by annealing. Shielding gas argon is fed into torch 6, into forming lining 3 and into nozzles 5.
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure the strength of welded joints without stress concentrators and to reduce the working section of the weld.
