DEVICE FOR APPLICATION IN VACUUM THERAPY OF OPEN ABDOMINAL CAVITY, DRESSING SET FOR APPLICATION IN VACUUM THERAPY, PRODUCT FOR APPLICATION IN VACUUM THERAPY, PRODUCT FOR THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT OF OPEN ABDOMINAL CAVITY (VARIANTS), METHOD OF THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT OF OPEN ABDOMINAL CAVITY Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61F13/00 A61M1/00 A61M27/00

Abstract RU 2650581 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to a device for use in vacuum therapy of an open abdominal cavity. Device comprises the first layer of dressings with the first and the second side as a layer for protecting the organs. In this case, the first side is designed to be applied to the bottom of the wound, in particular to open internal organs or to a large omentum. First side of the second layer of the dressing is designed to overlay the second side of the first layer of the dressing. First layer of the dressing comprises a fluid permeable textile material or a fluid permeable flexible film of a polymeric material. Second layer of the dressing comprises a fluid-permeable foam with open cells, in particular a foam with open cells of polyurethane, a foam with open cells of silicone or a foam with open cells of polyvinyl alcohol. Surface of the second side of the first layer of dressing and the surface of the first side of the second layer of the dressing contain the resulting three-dimensional structures that provide adhesion between both surfaces. In this case, the first layer of the dressing comprises a flexible perforated film whose perforations are formed in such a way that the perforated edges are located at a distance from the second surface of the film of the first layer of the dressing. Second surface of the film has three-dimensional structures, in particular, made in the form of craters. Coupling means that comprises the device may be a separate element or provided with a surface structure of the first and the second layers that are reversibly bonded to each other.

EFFECT: device creates the possibility of calculating the shape and size of the dressing layers to adapt to the nature of the individual wound and provides such an overlap of the dressing to the internal organs or to the large omentum, which greatly prevents the first layer of dressing from moving relative to the second layer during vacuum therapy while facilitating the simultaneous removal of the dressing layers from the wound.
